Hi again! It’s wazhim here. So gooooood to be baqck!. I couldn’t login to the site for the last 2-3 months because i didn’t follow the links to the change password nlink. Noooow, IO am back. It’s a great feeling. Boy, so much has happened since I’ve been gone. Nividia have realeased their new baby. Ati habe releaed the 4850’s. No benchmarks yet, let’s hope thewy com esonn!.Can’t wait to upgrade my main rig some time! with two 4850s!. I hope so, because my moboi is only crossfire. I was wondering whether getting a single 8800 gt woulkd work better than my two 2600’s, sinve with all this power, I can only watch three channels on my tv card. Games are fine though. The funny thing is, once i rebboted(xp rebooted) after i gamed with crossfire, it would not stay to the asem res(848×600) to game. With the two cards, this was much easier on the eyes.
I know it’s not a high res, but it was going at 85hz, perfect for my 30 year old eyes. res was (detail) was much better too. Hopw do i enabvle the old hz?.
Anywho, an upodate to my bpox!
My media box is on hold for the moment. I am thinking I’m 75% sure i’ll get a media enclosure instead. I’d love to build a box. but all the installing uninstalling was getting me down. I tried to instyall a m,obo which was dead/fried i don’t know. I got it second hand, and once i powered up with a pent dual core, it would not power on. I think it’s because it was 2nd hnad, the ad said “repaiuerd motherboard” i should have knowen better. frrom now on I alwyas buy new.
