Because I hungry for power and speed, my original plans of a Q9450 and DDR3 12800 have been thrown right out the window and have been replaced with a QX9650 and 4GB (4 X 1GB) DDR3 14400.
After a lot of thinking, I have decided against a 9800GX2 as it would just consume too much electricity and i’m really a hard core gamer, so that’s being replaced with a EVGA SSC 9800GTX and a slimline waterblock.
As for the case, I can’t be @r$ed faffin with the Thermaltake Kandalf case, so i’m gettin a silverstone TJ-07 case and modding that instead.
Well the project will hopefully get going in mid June.
