This morning I was lucky enough to perform a memory upgrade on a current state of the art Lenovo (Ultra?) Small form factor. I noticed that CPC are hosting a SFF article and wanted to provide a comparason. I found looking at this unit quite interesting. I hope others do too.
Its Tiny, Lets take a look.

Top Down.
Unit opened side view, Notice base open’s vs the normal side or top lid.

Finally a close up.
This computers name is; ThinkCentre A61e, specs..
AMD Sempron™ LE-1150, 1GB, 80GB 7200RPM S-ATA HDD, no diskette drive, PCI/PCIe Ultra Small Form Factor (0×2), ATI RS690C, 48×32x48×16x CD-RW/DVD combo, Broadcom Gigabit Ethernet, Windows Vista Business 32.
The things that struck me about this unit.
-I have never seen a computer this small in my life, it really has to be seen in person to appreciate how small it is.
-It takes laptop memory.
-Once the unit is actual opened (which is via one small latch on the side) you have to take great care in closing the unit as the CPU Heat Sink gets in the way on lid closure.
-Its fed power via a sizeable external PSU.
-No Expansion slots
This box matches its surprising weight for its size (considering it has no internal PSU), with a surprisingly good spec, and build quality.
I found it interesting to see the insides of this and I can only think of one thing more interesting, what end user parameters would dictate a purchase of one over a decent laptop or a full sized full spec’ed Custom Pc / Branded.
