Small setback, but it appears that the bays in the front of the case are too large for Optical drives. (I should have guessed they were for hot swap drives or something). If anyone knows of a way of converting them, I’d be happy to know. Otherwise I’ll stick something underneath the drive to hold it up..

Just kind of a post to say Hi to anyone reading, and to introduce you to the subject of my “plog*”. This isn’t so much a modding project, as my first foray into the world of PC building. Enjoy; it’s the law.

This is the starting point for my system. I as of yet have no internal components, (Well, I have a HDD and optical drive).
It came from school, cos they upgraded. I also found three 4Gb HDDs in it. Probably dead with a capital D, but maybe not. Not that they’ll be any good anyway.. 
(yes, it is a server case)
